What you'll do

As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead the Delivery Engineering team, focusing on enhancing Mozilla's internal developer platform. You will drive the implementation of a modern CI/CD system, leveraging tools like GitHub Actions and ArgoCD to streamline development processes and improve deployment efficiency.

You will manage and optimize Mozilla's cloud infrastructure costs, employing FinOps practices to ensure that resources are utilized effectively. This includes developing strategies for cost labeling, metering, and showbacks, allowing for better visibility and management of cloud expenditures.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify pain points in the development workflow and implementing solutions that enhance productivity and developer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
