What you'll do

In this role, you will lead MongoDB's public relations efforts, focusing on enhancing the company's visibility and reputation as a leader in the developer data platform space. You will develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with business goals and drive awareness of MongoDB Atlas. Collaborating closely with teams across Social Media, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, and more, you will ensure a cohesive approach to communications that maximizes impact. You will oversee the creation of press materials, including press releases, media kits, and thought leadership articles, and will be responsible for securing media coverage in top online, print, and broadcast outlets. Your role will also involve monitoring media coverage and analyzing the effectiveness of PR campaigns to continuously improve strategies. You will represent MongoDB at industry events and conferences, engaging with key stakeholders and promoting the company's vision and products.
