Sweep is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive growth within enterprise opportunities. You'll manage long sales cycles and close high-impact deals while collaborating with senior leaders. This role requires experience in enterprise sales and strategic account management.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals. Your ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and build relationships with C-suite executives sets you apart. You understand the importance of positioning a product as a strategic solution rather than just a point solution, and you thrive in environments where you can act as a trusted advisor to senior technical and business leaders.
You are skilled in developing and executing end-to-end sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of large organizations. Your experience in driving new logo acquisition and expanding existing accounts demonstrates your ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. You are comfortable managing long sales cycles and have a disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
Your collaborative nature allows you to work closely with Sales Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams to develop effective deal strategies. You are adept at representing the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies based on customer feedback and insights. You are passionate about helping organizations streamline their CRM management and understand the critical role that governance, scale, and AI readiness play in today's business landscape.
Experience in RevOps or CRM management is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise procurement processes. You are a strategic thinker who can align account plans with customer business priorities, ensuring that your approach is always focused on delivering value to your clients.

You will own and execute the sales strategy for a select group of strategic accounts, focusing on landing and expanding within large, complex organizations. Your role will involve leading discovery sessions with C-suite and senior leaders across IT, RevOps, and Platform teams to understand their needs and position Sweep as a mission-critical platform.
You will navigate the complexities of multi-stakeholder buying committees and enterprise procurement processes, ensuring that you effectively communicate the value of Sweep's offerings. Your ability to build multi-year account plans aligned with customer business priorities will be crucial to your success. You will maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management, ensuring that you meet your sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
As you represent the voice of the customer internally, you will influence our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, ensuring that we are always aligned with the needs of our clients. You will partner closely with Sales Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams to develop effective deal strategies that resonate with our target audience.
