VTEX is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive sales of their digital commerce services. You'll engage with C-level prospects and leverage your experience in Digital Commerce to generate and close new business opportunities. This role requires a hunter mentality and strong relationship-building skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the digital commerce space, with experience in managing the entire sales lifecycle from opportunity generation to account management. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives is a key strength, allowing you to understand their needs and effectively showcase the value of VTEX solutions. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Your experience includes a strong focus on new business development, where you have successfully generated and closed a significant portion of your own qualified pipeline. You possess a hunter mentality, always seeking new opportunities and leveraging your networking skills to drive sales. Your understanding of the digital ecosystem of e-commerce enables you to articulate the ROI and business case for VTEX's offerings effectively.

You are adaptable and willing to work in a hybrid environment, spending four days a week at the VTEX office in Mexico City. Your proactive approach to sales and your ability to engage with prospects at various levels of an organization make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Desirable

Experience in selling CX solutions or similar digital services is a plus, as is familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems like Salesforce. You are results-driven and have a passion for helping businesses succeed through innovative digital commerce solutions.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at VTEX, you will be responsible for driving sales of our digital commerce services. This includes managing the entire sales lifecycle, from generating opportunities to closing deals and maintaining ongoing account management. You will work closely with C-level executives to understand their business needs and demonstrate how VTEX solutions can add value and drive ROI.

You will leverage inbound leads and events for demand generation while also proactively seeking out new business opportunities through networking and business development strategies. Your goal will be to generate and close at least 60% of your own qualified pipeline coverage, showcasing your ability to drive results and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you work to align sales strategies with marketing and product initiatives. You will also be expected to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help shape VTEX's offerings and sales approach.
