Overview

Box is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive digital transformation for new and existing customers. You'll work closely with senior sales leaders to close new business opportunities. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in enterprise solutions.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise solutions, and understand the nuances of digital transformation. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to work alongside senior sales leaders to achieve ambitious goals. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs is key to your success. You are results-driven and have a passion for helping organizations leverage technology to improve their workflows.

Desirable

Experience in content management or AI-driven solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges organizations face in managing their content lifecycle. You are comfortable navigating complex sales processes and can articulate the value of technology in transforming business operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and closing new logos, helping customers realize their digital transformation goals. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Box can help them streamline their content management processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies that align with Box's mission to empower organizations through intelligent content management.

You will also be expected to maintain relationships with existing customers, helping them maximize their use of Box's platform and identify opportunities for upselling. Regularly reporting on sales activities and outcomes will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring transparency and alignment with company goals. You will participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
