Samsara is seeking a Core Enterprise Account Executive to help enterprise-sized customers digitize workflows and unlock data insights. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in managing complex negotiations.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully managed large accounts and complex negotiations. Your ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders is key to your success, as you will be working with strategic enterprise customers to help them transition from outdated technologies to innovative solutions. You understand the importance of data-driven insights and are passionate about helping organizations improve their operations through technology. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable managing your time and priorities effectively.
Experience in industries such as agriculture, construction, transportation, or manufacturing is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges faced by our customers. Familiarity with IoT technologies and their applications in physical operations will give you an edge in this role. A background in consultative selling and a strong understanding of the sales process will also be beneficial.
As a Core Account Executive at Samsara, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with our largest enterprise customers. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our Connected Operations™ Cloud can transform their operations. Your role will involve managing the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, typically ranging from $100k to $500k. You will conduct proof of concepts (POCs) and manage trials, ensuring that customers see the value of our solutions firsthand. You will also negotiate pricing and terms, working closely with various stakeholders within the client organizations to ensure a smooth sales process.
You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into our product development, helping to shape the future of our offerings. Your insights will be invaluable in refining our sales strategies and improving customer satisfaction. You will also participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
