You'll manage multiple projects and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the seller experience. This role requires over 7 years of project management experience in e-commerce or retail.
You have over 7 years of project management experience in the e-commerce or retail sector — you've successfully led complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills enable you to navigate challenges effectively, while your excellent communication and presentation abilities allow you to engage with diverse stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and can work seamlessly with various teams to achieve common objectives.
As a Senior Program Manager at Coupang, you will be responsible for developing and executing program strategies that align with the team's goals. You will establish a comprehensive program roadmap, setting clear objectives and success metrics to guide your projects.
