You have over 5 years of experience in finance and strategy, ideally within a high-growth technology or financial services environment. Your expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning has equipped you to provide valuable insights that drive business performance. You are comfortable working with complex data sets and translating them into actionable strategies that support organizational goals. Your advanced SQL skills allow you to manipulate and analyze data effectively, while your experience with tools like Anaplan and Tableau enhances your ability to visualize financial performance and trends. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, making you a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Experience with data visualization and dashboarding is a plus, as it enables you to present insights clearly and effectively. Familiarity with sales performance metrics and go-to-market strategies will further enhance your contributions to the team. You are a proactive communicator, able to distill complex concepts into clear insights that resonate with stakeholders across the organization.
In this role, you will lead strategic finance support for the EMEA Sales organization, providing insights into user-level performance, sales performance, pipeline conversion, and quota attainment. You will partner directly with the EMEA Sales team, playing a pivotal role in guiding Stripe's go-to-market strategies and driving revenue performance across large customer segments. Your financial insights will shape investments and improve forecasting accuracy, ensuring that the organization is well-positioned for growth.
