You have 2 to 3 years of experience working in an application support role, where you've developed a strong understanding of technical troubleshooting and engineering work. Your knowledge of networking fundamentals allows you to effectively support proprietary trading applications and assist traders in a high-stakes environment. You thrive in situations that require quick thinking and adaptability, and you enjoy collaborating with skilled colleagues such as Software Developers and Traders. You are detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to tackle a variety of technical challenges that arise in a trading context.
Experience with trading applications or financial systems is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges faced in this role. Familiarity with software deployment and configuration will enhance your ability to provide effective support.
