Who you are

You have proven experience in Instructional Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and multimedia content creation. You are skilled in creating engaging training materials including graphics, visual designs, branded materials, posters, One Point Lessons (OPLs), infographics, newsletters, and video content. You possess strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences and have a keen attention to detail. You are proficient in translating content into regional languages and have the ability to manage data effectively through analysis and generate accurate reports.

You excel in project management and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Your strategic thinking ability combined with a creative problem-solving approach allows you to develop comprehensive storyboards, effective assessments, and training videos while maintaining high quality standards. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and can manage learning projects of varying scales.

Desirable

Experience with e-learning tools and platforms is a plus. Familiarity with instructional design models and methodologies will enhance your ability to create effective training solutions. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking to improve your skills and the quality of your work.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative e-learning and micro-learning solutions that enhance strategic capabilities within the IN GSF organization. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and translate it into engaging learning experiences. Your role will involve creating comprehensive storyboards and developing effective assessments to measure learning outcomes.

You will manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, ensuring that all materials meet high quality standards and are delivered on time. You will also be involved in developing training videos and other multimedia content that supports the learning objectives of the organization. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences will be crucial as you present your designs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
