Okta is hiring a Field Enablement Reporting Analyst to establish reporting frameworks and track KPIs. You'll work with SQL and automation technologies to enhance team productivity. This role requires a strong analytical background and experience in data reporting.
You have a strong background in data analysis and reporting, with experience in establishing frameworks that track key performance indicators. You thrive on solving operational challenges and enjoy working with automation tools to streamline processes. Experience with data visualization tools and familiarity with CRM systems would be beneficial. A background in sales enablement or field operations is a plus, as is knowledge of the identity management industry.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Enablement Systems & Analytics and collaborate closely with the Field Enablement Analytics Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain reporting frameworks that provide insights into team performance and effectiveness. You will document and track KPIs, ensuring that the data infrastructure supports the team's objectives. Additionally, you will lead workflow automation initiatives that enhance productivity across reporting and program management. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the data and automation tools are effectively utilized to drive adoption and efficiency.
