You are a seasoned product leader with over 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in technology-driven environments. You have a proven track record of transforming customer interfaces into effective growth engines, driving product activation and customer satisfaction. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex platform migrations sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative settings, where you can leverage your strategic thinking to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
You possess a deep understanding of AI-enabled technologies and how they can enhance user experiences. Your experience in managing global product teams has equipped you with the skills to navigate diverse markets and customer expectations. Experience with financial technology platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with onboarding processes and payment operations. In this role, you will own and scale Adyen’s Customer Interfaces, which are crucial for how merchants, developers, partners, and internal teams interact with the Adyen platform. You will lead the strategy and execution of a unified, AI-enabled interface ecosystem that spans onboarding, payments operations, financial products, communications, support, and partner experiences. Your leadership will directly impact product adoption and operational efficiency, ensuring that Adyen remains at the forefront of the financial technology landscape.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure that the customer interface aligns with Adyen’s One Platform strategy. Your responsibilities will include defining the roadmap for product development, conducting user research to understand customer needs, and implementing A/B testing to optimize user experiences. You will also be responsible for managing complex platform migrations and ensuring that all teams are aligned on goals and objectives.
