Dandy is seeking a Lead Product Manager for their Anteriors product line to drive product strategy and execution. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance product offerings in the dental industry. This role requires a strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
You have a proven track record in product management, ideally with experience in managing product lifecycles and executing product strategies. You understand the importance of collaboration across teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver exceptional product experiences. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess market needs and align product features accordingly. You are passionate about innovation and are eager to contribute to a mission-driven company that is transforming the dental industry. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and user experience.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Anterior Crown & Bridge (C&B) product line. You will be responsible for developing features that align with Dandy’s ambitious goal of achieving over 50% market share. Your work will involve managing product expectations across both physical and digital workflows, ensuring seamless alignment and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement innovative features that differentiate Dandy’s products in the market. Additionally, you will engage with dental design experts and operations to ensure that the product meets the needs of clinicians and their teams. You will also be involved in defining product metrics and success criteria, allowing for data-driven decision-making throughout the product development process.
