Justworks is hiring an Account Development Executive to enhance customer experience and drive upsell strategies. You'll collaborate with various teams to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. This role requires a mix of strategy, operations, and sales expertise.
You are an interdisciplinary professional with a strong background in strategy, operations, and sales. You excel at identifying customer friction points in the upsell process and have a knack for upselling products effectively. Your experience allows you to work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Underwriting, and Product teams to enhance the customer experience and drive greater revenues per customer. You are data-driven and continuously seek to iterate on processes and strategies to improve upsell conversion rates. You thrive in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment and are passionate about building meaningful relationships with customers.
Experience in a startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with HR solutions or services. You are comfortable proposing and implementing new strategies and materials to increase upsell success. Your ability to answer customer questions and reduce friction in the upsell process is key to your success in this role.
In this role, you will become an expert on upselling Justworks’ smaller businesses from Basic to Plus. You will work closely with various teams to identify opportunities for upselling and improving customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer interactions to pinpoint areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance the upsell process. You will also be involved in creating materials that support the upsell efforts and ensure that customers are well-informed about the benefits of upgrading their services. As the department grows, you will help incorporate additional Justworks products into the upsell catalog, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively.
