Cyara is seeking a Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support to enterprise customers. You'll ensure customer success with the Cyara Platform, working during standard hours of 2 - 11 pm Irish Standard Time.
You have experience in technical support, ideally within the software or technology sector, and are passionate about helping customers succeed. You possess strong problem-solving skills and can communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
