You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-paced environment at Carvana. You understand the importance of attention to detail and are committed to delivering high-quality work. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, ensuring that customer expectations are met. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

Desirable

Experience with state-of-the-art painting tools and techniques is a plus. A background in automotive repair or related fields can enhance your application. You are open to learning and growing within the company, taking advantage of training programs offered to improve your skills and pay.

What you'll do

As an Auto Paint Prep at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, which includes priming and sanding. You will also perform buffing and touch-up work to ensure that each vehicle meets Carvana's high standards. Your role will involve mixing paint to achieve the perfect color match and using airbrush techniques as needed. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing advanced tools to enhance your efficiency and output.

You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that the painting process runs smoothly and efficiently. Your commitment to quality will help maintain Carvana's reputation as a leading used automotive retailer. You will also participate in training programs designed to help you develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
