Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success and technical support, ideally with experience in cybersecurity or cloud solutions. You thrive on solving complex challenges and are driven by a purpose to make a positive difference on a global scale. Your ability to build relationships and trust with customers is paramount, as you will be their advocate within Zscaler. You are comfortable leveraging data and research to provide expert, hands-on support, ensuring customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of our technology. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are a collaborative team player who values transparency and constructive debate, focused on getting to the best ideas quickly.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the implementation phase of Zscaler's Zero Trust Exchange platform, ensuring they understand how to leverage the technology effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive adoption of our services. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and success, proactively addressing any challenges they may face. You will also analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. As a Technical Success Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a customer-centric culture within the organization, contributing to the overall success of our Customer Success Organization.
