What you'll do

As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will bridge the gap between clients and the expertise they need. Your daily tasks will involve working on projects requested by top-tier clients, including investment professionals and business leaders, who seek expert insights. You will spend a significant portion of your time recruiting experts that match client projects, conducting screening calls, and ensuring that you meet deadlines. You will quickly research and understand the background of projects and applicable laws and regulations. You will take ownership of all aspects of the project, from initiating and managing client-expert interactions to meticulously scheduling interviews. Your role will provide you with opportunities to develop transferable business skills, including communication, negotiation, and project management.
