Associate Recruiter (New Grad)

Who you are

You are a recent graduate eager to kickstart your career in recruiting and talent acquisition. You have a strong interest in supporting highly technical teams and are excited about the opportunity to learn from experienced recruiters. You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable engaging with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruiting process. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing candidate pipelines effectively in an ATS. You understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in the hiring process and are committed to treating all candidates fairly.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with other recruiters to support full-cycle recruiting for hardware engineering and operations roles. You will proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. You will draft job descriptions and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from the first outreach through to the offer stage. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and help identify the best candidates for their teams. You will also participate in recruitment events and initiatives to promote Verkada as an employer of choice.
