Senior Consultant, Change Management

You have a strong background in change management, with at least 5 years of experience leading transformation initiatives. Your expertise in cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP allows you to effectively guide organizations through the adoption of data-driven solutions. You understand the importance of aligning stakeholders and building organizational readiness to ensure successful outcomes. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to design effective training and adoption programs that resonate with diverse audiences. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable collaborating with teams across different regions. You are passionate about fostering a culture of technological curiosity and ownership within your team.

Desirable

Experience with tools like dbt, Fivetran, and Snowflake is a plus, as these platforms are integral to the solutions you will help implement. What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with clients to develop and execute change management strategies that align with their business objectives. Your responsibilities will include designing communication plans, training programs, and adoption strategies that effectively manage organizational resistance. Additionally, you will monitor the progress of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful adoption.
