MongoDB is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Growth to drive business growth by managing the sales cycle and expanding existing customer accounts. You'll utilize tools like Salesforce and Sales Navigator to achieve revenue targets across multiple states.
You have over 5 years of quota-carrying field sales experience, particularly in closing new workloads and expanding accounts. Your ability to cultivate relationships with CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users has been a key factor in your success. You thrive in environments where you can inspire and enable success for your team, and you are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Your experience includes managing the full sales cycle for various products and services, demonstrating a strategic mindset in developing and executing territory plans to achieve revenue targets. You are proficient in using sales tools and platforms, which allows you to maximize your prospecting efforts effectively. You understand the importance of collaboration within the sales ecosystem and are eager to drive sales initiatives and partnerships.
You have a strong understanding of the developer data platform and its applications in various industries. Your background includes experience with tools such as Clari and other prospecting tools, which enhances your ability to build a robust sales pipeline. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
In your role as an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within an existing customer base. You will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of MongoDB solutions. Your day-to-day activities will include prospecting into CTOs and Engineering/IT leaders, managing the full sales cycle, and developing strategic territory plans to meet revenue targets.
You will collaborate closely with the sales ecosystem to drive initiatives and partnerships that enhance MongoDB's market presence. Building a sales pipeline in Salesforce and utilizing prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach will be essential to your success. You will also be expected to provide feedback and input on how the sales team can continue to innovate and improve.
