Globalization Partners is hiring an HR Specialist to support clients in the Employer of Record industry. You'll manage the full employee lifecycle and provide HR expertise across APAC & MEA. This role requires strong HR knowledge and client-facing skills.
You have a solid background in human resources, ideally with experience in the Employer of Record industry. You understand the complexities of HR matters across various countries and are comfortable advising clients on these issues. Your ability to manage the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to terminations — is a key strength. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are adept at building relationships with clients, ensuring their HR needs are met effectively. You are detail-oriented and committed to compliance and operational excellence in HR processes.
Experience working in a global context, particularly in APAC and MEA regions, is a plus. Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations will enhance your ability to support clients effectively. You are proactive in identifying potential HR challenges and are skilled at providing solutions that align with client goals. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex HR concepts clearly and effectively.
As an HR Specialist, you will act as the primary HR contact for clients, guiding them through the employee lifecycle. You will manage onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into their roles. Your responsibilities will include handling lifecycle events such as promotions and terminations, ensuring compliance with local regulations throughout these processes. You will also provide ongoing support to clients, advising them on best practices in HR management and helping them navigate any challenges that arise. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
