What you'll do

In this role, you will own the product strategy and execution for Rula's partnerships with major health plans, EAPs, and referral platforms. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to create seamless integrations that enhance user access to mental healthcare. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and analyzing data to inform product decisions. You will lead cross-functional teams in the development of features that improve the overall user experience. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with external partners, ensuring that their needs are met while aligning with Rula's mission. You will participate in strategic discussions to identify new partnership opportunities and drive initiatives that support the company's growth. Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain Rula's competitive edge.
