You have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in wheel or rim repair, demonstrating your ability to handle deep wheel damage effectively. Your background in autobody repair equips you with the skills necessary to excel in this role. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of a fast-paced environment. You possess a valid driver’s license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. You are open to working mandatory overtime based on business needs, showcasing your dedication to the team's success.

What you'll do

As an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage using specialized wheel repair machines. Your role will involve painting and clear-coating wheels to ensure they meet the high standards of quality expected by our customers. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to perform your tasks efficiently. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and support your career growth within the company.
