Coupang is seeking a Senior Program Manager for their Rocket Growth team to lead key inbound programs and drive business objectives. You'll collaborate with stakeholders and utilize your expertise in project management and problem-solving. This role requires over 5 years of program management experience.
You have over 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in project or program management. You have successfully led complex projects and possess the ability to identify problems, derive solutions, and execute them in alignment with organizational goals. Your experience includes leading multiple teams from goal setting through execution, monitoring, and completion. You excel at analyzing root causes of issues and effectively communicating insights to senior stakeholders. Your communication skills ensure program visibility, decision alignment, and relationship management. You are capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong prioritization and scheduling abilities. Experience in an e-commerce environment, particularly in supply chain management, is a significant advantage. Holding relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, Six Sigma, or Lean will further enhance your candidacy.
In this role, you will plan, execute, and lead key programs within the Rocket Growth inbound area. You will define problems and analyze bottlenecks to implement solutions that achieve business objectives. Monitoring key metrics of major programs will be essential for continuous improvement. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build new programs and establish and enhance standard operating procedures for operational process improvements. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating complex and challenging problems, contributing to the growth of the Rocket Growth team, which is one of Coupang's fastest-growing organizations.
