Delinea is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to be a key technical partner within their Customer Success teams. You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction and success. This role requires strong technical skills and experience in customer engagement.
You have a strong technical background and experience in customer success roles, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are skilled at building relationships with clients to ensure their success with the product. You are adept at communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, making you a valuable partner in customer interactions. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer outcomes. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and are committed to providing solutions that enhance the customer experience. You are passionate about technology and its role in improving security and operational efficiency for organizations.
Experience with identity security or related technologies is a plus. Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and cloud-native platforms will help you excel in this role. A background in technical support or engineering can also be beneficial, as it will enhance your ability to address customer inquiries effectively.
As a Senior Customer Success Engineer at Delinea, you will be embedded within regional Customer Success teams, working closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure that clients are successfully utilizing the Identity Security Platform. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges, providing technical guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring they have a smooth transition to the platform, and providing ongoing support to maximize their success. You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. Your role will involve conducting training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices and features of the platform. You will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and retention, acting as a trusted advisor to your clients.
