Berkadia is seeking a Director of Product Engagement to implement change management and adoption strategies for their Innovation technology. This role requires extensive experience in managing stakeholders and driving technology adoption.
You have substantial experience in change management and training, with a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and priorities. Your background in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry gives you a unique perspective on how to drive innovation and excellence. You are driven by curiosity and are willing to challenge the status quo, making you an ideal fit for Berkadia's mission to shape the future of CRE.
You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to lead teams effectively and provide direction on change initiatives. Your ability to assess the scope and readiness for change allows you to develop effective plans that drive technology adoption and proficiency. You are adept at creating and presenting updates to all levels of leadership, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the vision and execution of training programs.
Experience in the commercial real estate sector is a plus, as is familiarity with digital product portfolios. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt your strategies based on the effectiveness of change initiatives.
In this role, you will implement and refine change management and adoption strategies for Berkadia’s digital product portfolio. You will consult and oversee the management of change efforts, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include assessing the scope and readiness for change, developing effective plans to drive change and adoption, and evaluating the progress of initiatives.
You will lead teams and provide direction to effectively manage change initiatives, ensuring that all efforts align with Berkadia's goals. Additionally, you will own the vision and execution of training and certification programs, reinforcing technology adoption and proficiency across the organization. Your role will also involve creating and presenting updates and overviews to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
