Investigation Specialist (12-month Contract), SEPO

Who you are

You are a dedicated and hardworking individual with a proven track record of performance and results-oriented thinking. You possess excellent judgment and analytical skills, which you will use to authenticate customers and complex transactions. Your ability to work independently with little to no guidance is essential, as you will be making decisions that require a high degree of accuracy. You have experience in the e-commerce payments space or the trust and safety field, and you thrive in a customer-focused workplace. You are committed to maintaining a minimum internet speed of 200 Mbps and have a reliable data provider.

What you'll do

In this role, you will join the Seller Experience Protection Operations (SEPO) Team and be responsible for a wide range of duties related to the investigation and elimination of online e-commerce risks. You will undergo two months of onsite training in our office at Pasay, after which you will transition to a work-from-home arrangement. Your work schedule will include weekends and holidays, with a 9-hour workday. You will be part of a 24/7 operations team, which may require you to work in shifts, including night shifts. Your primary focus will be on using your analytical skills to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the safety and security of our customers' transactions.
