Your expertise includes reading, interpreting, and negotiating complex contracts, particularly with patent assertion entities. You are skilled in developing deal structures and negotiation strategies, collaborating closely with legal teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to translate complex legal terms into actionable processes for cross-functional teams. Your analytical mindset enables you to optimize costs and improve reporting accuracy, ensuring that all royalty agreements are adhered to and effectively managed. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with various teams to achieve common goals.
Experience in the technology or media industry is a plus, as is familiarity with patent pools and licensing administrators.
