Samsara is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead EMEA marketing efforts focused on customer acquisition and business growth through performance channels. You'll work with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools to optimize campaigns. This role requires strategic thinking and experience in performance marketing.
You have over 5 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various channels. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and business growth. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of delivering measurable impact on pipeline and revenue through rigorous experimentation and optimization.
You are well-versed in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights is key to your success in this role. You understand the nuances of different performance channels and can tailor your approach to maximize effectiveness.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Your excellent communication skills enable you to articulate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders effectively.
Experience in the IoT or technology sector is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the market dynamics and customer needs. Familiarity with SEO and A/B testing methodologies will further enhance your ability to drive successful marketing campaigns.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns for the EMEA region, focusing on the UK and Mainland EMEA. You will develop full-funnel paid media campaigns that not only drive traffic but also convert leads into customers. Your expertise in paid search, paid social, and other performance channels will be crucial in achieving your goals.
You will lead rigorous experimentation efforts to test different marketing strategies and optimize campaigns based on performance data. This includes setting up A/B tests, analyzing results, and making data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and ensuring that marketing spend is allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on target audiences and messaging. You will also partner with product teams to understand new features and offerings, allowing you to create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with potential customers.
Your role will involve regular reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve.
