You have a strong background in performance management and training, with a focus on developing teams and enhancing individual capabilities. You understand the importance of effective coaching and mentoring, and you have experience in leading training programs that ensure agents transition smoothly into their roles. You are skilled at identifying performance gaps and implementing strategies to address them, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to engage effectively with agents and managers alike, providing support and guidance as needed. You are passionate about driving results and are committed to helping your team achieve their goals.

What you'll do

As the Performance Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of post-training and ongoing development for the Collections team. You will lead initiatives that ensure newly trained agents successfully transition into production, providing targeted coaching for those who may be struggling. Your role will involve managing training calibrations and delivering continuous education to enhance performance, quality, and consistency across the team. You will mentor agents and managers, responding to questions and fostering a supportive environment that encourages learning and growth. Additionally, you will analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to close performance gaps, ultimately driving better departmental results.
