What you'll do

As the Product Manager for Accounting at AngelList, you will own the core accounting foundation that powers our fund administration platform. Your mission is to design and implement a durable, institutional-grade accounting system that reimagines fund accounting workflows. You will work on integrating AI into our processes, automating reconciliations, exception handling, and review processes to enhance quality while reducing costs.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and ensure that the systems you build are reliable and scalable. This includes designing primitives that can support increasingly complex fund structures while maintaining correctness and auditability. You will also be responsible for coordinating with third-party accounting tools to ensure seamless integrations.

Your role will involve conducting user research to gather feedback and insights that will inform product development. You will define success metrics for your products and track performance to ensure that we are meeting our goals. Additionally, you will participate in sprint planning and stakeholder management, ensuring that all teams are aligned and informed throughout the product lifecycle.
