Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in environmental health and safety (EHS) roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of EHS systems and compliance with legal requirements. Your fluency in Chinese allows you to effectively communicate and collaborate with teams in the Coupang China office, ensuring that all EHS processes are adhered to. You have a solid grasp of industrial safety laws and have actively participated in compliance activities related to workplace safety and health regulations.

Your background includes developing training content and guidelines for office safety and health, showcasing your ability to create effective educational materials that enhance workplace safety. You are familiar with global EHS processes and have experience in conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with both local and international standards. Your leadership skills are evident in your ability to conduct EHS leadership training and guide teams in implementing best practices.

Desirable

Having an industrial safety certification is a plus, as it demonstrates your commitment to maintaining high safety standards. Experience in human resource development (HRD) and leadership training will further enhance your profile, as you will be expected to lead training sessions and workshops. Previous experience in EHS training will be beneficial, as it aligns with the responsibilities of this role.

What you'll do
