Overview

Atlan is seeking a Business Development Representative to engage prospects and generate meaningful pipeline for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage inbound leads effectively.

Who you are

You are a structured and responsive individual with a knack for discovery and relationship building. You thrive in environments where you can engage with high-intent leads and assess their fit and intent effectively. Your ability to multi-thread across accounts allows you to uncover stakeholders and map buying committees seamlessly. You are comfortable using outbound fundamentals to deepen relationships and uncover new opportunities, making you an ideal fit for this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will respond quickly to high-intent inbound leads, running structured qualification processes to assess fit and intent. You will multi-thread across accounts to uncover stakeholders and map buying committees, ensuring that you engage the right people at the right time. Your responsibilities will also include executing targeted outbound strategies using intent signals and technographics to reach relevant stakeholders. You will work closely with the sales team to generate meaningful pipeline and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
