Stripe is seeking a Technical Recruiter to enhance their global Data organization. You'll partner with senior leaders to develop recruiting strategies and improve candidate experiences. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
You have a proven track record in recruiting, particularly in the tech space, and are comfortable managing the full-cycle recruiting process. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop effective recruiting strategies. Your ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines is a key strength, and you possess excellent verbal and written communication skills that blend professionalism with friendliness. You are organized and can maintain operational rigor amidst change, always looking for ways to improve processes based on data-driven insights.
Experience in recruiting for data science and data analyst roles is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest trends in the tech industry. You are open to trying new approaches and embracing innovative ideas to enhance the recruiting process.
In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for niche data searches, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. You will partner closely with senior leaders across the Data organization to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies. Your responsibilities will include tracking and analyzing hiring metrics, reporting progress to Data leadership, and creating strategic plans to attract and engage talent across various geographies. You will also work with cross-functional teams to implement scalable changes to existing recruiting processes, ensuring that you are always aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
