AppsFlyer is seeking a Director of Client Services to drive customer value realization and manage a team of Customer Success Managers. This role focuses on improving customer retention and expansion through effective coaching and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You have extensive experience in client services, ideally with a background in digital, mobile, and omni-channel campaigns. Your agency experience equips you to understand industry shifts and best practices, enabling you to guide your team effectively. You are a results-driven leader who thrives on driving customer outcomes and product adoption across a diverse portfolio of clients. Your ability to coach and mentor Customer Success Managers is key to fostering a culture of customer obsession within your team.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess client needs and develop strategies that enhance customer value realization. Your collaborative nature enables you to work seamlessly with sales and other cross-functional leaders to mitigate client risks and drive expansion motions. You are passionate about creating meaningful customer relationships and understand the importance of executive trust in achieving long-term success.
In this role, you will lead a team of 5-8 Customer Success Managers, focusing on driving customer value realization and improving retention rates. You will partner closely with the sales team to identify and mitigate client risks while running expansion motions across various customer segments, including Strategic, Enterprise, and Mid-Market clients. Your leadership will directly impact Gross Revenue Retention and Net Revenue Retention, ensuring that AppsFlyer’s customer portfolio thrives.
You will be responsible for coaching your team to become Growth Partnership leaders, turning customer outcomes into measurable revenue. By fostering a customer-obsessed culture, you will encourage your team to operate with rigor and influence across Sales, Product, and Marketing. Your insights into industry trends will help your team and clients navigate shifts effectively, ensuring they remain at the forefront of best practices.
