What you'll do

As the Senior Vice President of Market Access, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for ensuring that patients can access BridgeBio’s innovative therapies. You will develop and implement comprehensive market access strategies that encompass payer and account management across medical and pharmacy benefit channels. Your role will involve overseeing pricing and contracting initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing reimbursement processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical development, commercial operations, and patient support services, to create a seamless experience for patients throughout their treatment journey.

You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the organization’s mission to provide life-changing medicines to patients with unmet needs. You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and adapt to the evolving healthcare landscape. Additionally, you will mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
