What you'll do

As a Software Engineer II on the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights team, you will define and implement common framework components that enable real-time, highly scalable customer experience orchestration. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to transform how business users interact with data, allowing them to focus on building strong relationships with customers. Your role will involve optimizing time for impact through innovative AI technology and modern design paradigms.
