As an Entry Level Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of hands-on field coaching. You will learn everything necessary to succeed in digital sales, including how to connect with clients and understand their needs. You will engage with potential customers, presenting Hibu's services and solutions to help them grow their businesses. You will work closely with your team to develop strategies for user acquisition and retention, ensuring that you meet your sales targets. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and advance your career.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with uncapped commissions, allowing you to maximize your earnings potential. In your first year, you can expect on-target earnings between $85,000 and $95,000, with the potential to earn between $95,000 and $115,000 in your second year. You will be part of a supportive, people-first culture that values collaboration and work-life balance. Hibu provides a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K plan.
