You understand how to identify and measure key metrics that drive business insights. Your background includes performing regular ad-hoc analyses and collaborating with various stakeholders to address product and operational issues. You are comfortable working with data visualization tools and have a solid understanding of SQL to extract and manipulate data effectively. You thrive in a remote work environment and are adept at managing your time across different time zones, particularly US Pacific hours.

Desirable

Experience with A/B testing methodologies is a plus, as you will be analyzing test results to inform product decisions. Familiarity with real estate or technology platforms can enhance your understanding of the business context. You are a proactive communicator, able to convey complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll do
