What you'll do

As the first Renewals Manager at Zapier, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the renewal function within the upmarket business. You will work closely with champions, procurement teams, and executives to ensure that the renewal process is smooth and value-aligned. Your role will involve protecting revenue and identifying opportunities for growth while strengthening relationships with customers. You will create processes that scale and set standards for simplicity and consistency in renewals.
