Propelus is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead software performance and reliability efforts. You'll design test strategies and automate scenarios while integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines. This role requires expertise in automation and testing methodologies.
You have a strong background in quality assurance and software testing, with a focus on automation. You understand the importance of building systems that prevent defects and have experience mentoring junior engineers. Your analytical skills allow you to identify high-risk areas in software and execute thorough regression testing to ensure quality. You are familiar with CI/CD practices and can collaborate effectively with developers to optimize testing processes. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance testing efficiency and reliability.
Experience with various automation frameworks and tools is a plus. Familiarity with risk-based testing methodologies will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing project requirements.
In this role, you will lead the automation efforts by developing and maintaining high-quality automated test scripts. You will design automation frameworks that enhance the speed and reliability of testing processes over time. Your responsibilities will include executing regression suites and analyzing results to ensure that no critical defects reach users. You will collaborate closely with developers to integrate testing into our CI/CD pipelines, providing immediate feedback on code changes. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of quality within the team.
