Handshake is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to drive high-impact initiatives in AI research and development. You'll work with a network of expert Fellows and contribute to cutting-edge AI projects. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills.
You have a proven track record in leading strategic projects, ideally within the technology or AI sectors. Your experience includes managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, demonstrating your ability to prioritize and execute tasks with urgency. You are ambitious and looking for a stepping stone into leadership roles in operations or client strategy. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working with diverse teams of experts.
Experience in AI research or development is a plus, as is familiarity with human data products. You have a strong understanding of the AI landscape and are passionate about leveraging data to drive innovation. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
As the Strategic Projects Lead, you will be responsible for driving high-impact initiatives that shape the future of AI at Handshake. You will work closely with a network of expert Fellows, including PhDs and researchers, to contribute to specialized research and model evaluation. Your role will involve coordinating efforts across multiple teams, ensuring that projects are aligned with strategic goals and executed efficiently. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within the organization, leveraging your insights to inform decision-making.
