We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our New Seller Performance team at Amazon 3P BR business. This professional will work on Leads Automation and other automation opportunities, including AI adoption, having as its main client the mass recruitment sales team. This professional will play a crucial role in data analysis, insights development, and process optimization to build automation in Leads processing, prioritization, and value measuring. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools and SQL, plus at least basic knowledge in automation tools. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses to identify trends and opportunities, and build tools that will solve the issues found. You'll collaborate closely with Account Managers, technology teams, and leadership to enhance operational efficiency, develop strategic initiatives, and drive the success of our sellers. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on Amazon's seller ecosystem, bridging the gap between data, strategy, and execution.
Key job responsibilities
- Data Analytics & Reporting;
- Business Process Optimization;
- Explore and implement automation opportunities for SSR sales, SSR program and seller marketing teams;
- Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with Account Management teams to understand business needs, support the implementation of new initiatives and programs;
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: track and analyze seller performance metrics, identify trends and patterns that impact seller success.- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Bachelor's degree
- Availability to work 5 days at the office in São Paulo- Proficiency in data visualization tools and SQL
- Knowledge in automation tools
- Knowledge in AI tools implementation
