What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will be responsible for building relationships and understanding client needs to provide tailored solutions. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the skills necessary for success. You will work both from a home office and in the field, allowing you to balance your time effectively. You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings projected to increase significantly in your second year. You will also be recognized for your achievements through various incentives, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip.
