What you'll do

In this role, you will be involved with projects of moderate complexity, assisting in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLA). You will perform rack installations and decommissioning, operational readings, and facility management tasks. Your responsibilities will include providing key performance indicators to senior engineers and managing on-site contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure all work is performed according to established practices. You will monitor the performance of maintenance and operations on all electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively. You will collaborate with various teams across AWS to deliver the highest standards of service and support.
