Production Trainer

Who you are

You have a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 + LLN+TAESS502 or TAE40116 or higher) and sound knowledge and experience at a supervisory level within the food manufacturing sector. Your strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and regulatory compliance ensures that you can effectively lead training initiatives that meet industry standards. You are passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and positive behavior among employees, and you excel at building individual training plans that align with the company's development strategy.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with various departments to understand their specific training requirements. Your ability to design engaging, hands-on production training programs is complemented by your commitment to keeping training materials fresh, relevant, and value-adding to the business. You are proactive in improving employee engagement and are dedicated to modeling the company's values in your training sessions.

What you'll do

As the Production Trainer, you will be the driving force behind developing our diverse production team. You will design and deliver engaging, hands-on production training programs that cater to a diverse workforce. Leading induction sessions, you will welcome and prepare new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for success. You will develop individual employee training plans that align with our company's development strategy, ensuring that all training programs are updated to meet best practices and the latest legislative and GMP compliance requirements.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will actively work with various departments to understand their specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly. You will manage and maintain our systems to accurately track all training completions and compliance records, ensuring that our training initiatives are effective and meet regulatory standards. Your role will also involve fostering a culture of continuous learning and positive behavior, actively working to improve employee engagement through effective training and development initiatives.
