Handshake is seeking a Fellow Experience Specialist to ensure smooth project execution and maintain healthy talent pipelines in India. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and attention to detail.
You are a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a complex and technical environment. You enjoy building strong relationships with customers and team members, and you have a knack for solving a variety of questions, bugs, and workflow needs. Your resourcefulness and ability to manage multiple tasks will be key in ensuring that projects run smoothly and client expectations are met. You are excited about the opportunity to work closely with various teams, including Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Fellow Experience, to support the Handshake MOVE Fellows.
In this role, you will be at the center of Handshake's delivery engine, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. You will manage the talent pipelines, making sure they remain healthy and responsive to the needs of the organization. You will provide support related to payments, contracts, and general inquiries for the Handshake MOVE Fellows, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to address any issues that arise and to streamline processes for better operational efficiency. You will also have the opportunity to lead Fellow Experience initiatives in India, managing a team that reports directly to the head of Fellow Experience in the US. As you gain experience, you may have the chance to transition into a Strategic Project Associate role, leveraging your understanding of human data and project management.
