Flex is seeking a Performance Creative Producer to drive high-performing creative strategies across paid channels. You'll collaborate with designers and agencies to optimize performance based on data-driven insights. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills.
You have a strong background in performance marketing, with experience in turning data-driven insights into effective creative strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with designers, agencies, and creators to elevate brand performance. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and experimentation, ensuring that every creative asset aligns with brand compliance and performance optimization. You are comfortable navigating structured processes while remaining flexible to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the role. In this role, you will own the full performance creative pipeline, analyzing results and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-performing creative assets for various paid channels. Your responsibilities will include conducting experiments to test creative concepts, measuring their impact on performance, and iterating based on data insights. You will ensure that all creative outputs are compliant with brand guidelines while optimizing them for maximum effectiveness. You will also be responsible for presenting your findings and recommendations to stakeholders, helping to shape the overall marketing strategy. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to enhance the creative process and drive results.
