What you'll do

As a Logistics Associate at HelloFresh, you will support the transportation strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing processes within the Logistics Operations Center team. Your responsibilities will include transportation scheduling and tracking line hauls to ensure timely deliveries. You will negotiate spot market freight and manage exceptions to maintain a high level of service. Additionally, you will communicate across various teams to create seamless shipping execution across the network. You will report to the Associate Manager or Manager, assisting in managing, monitoring, and developing recovery plans for outbound loads. Your role will involve executing the outbound strategy while working across all distribution centers, third-party storage locations, cross docks, and vendors. You will monitor, measure, and improve service level metrics, including on-time arrival and departure, and determine root causes for any issues that arise. Analyzing real-time data will be crucial for providing recovery and contingency action plans. You will also run the daily Exception Management process, communicating potential delays and ensuring that customer experience is protected. Tracking, organizing, and logging major exception events will be part of your daily tasks, as you analyze their impact on weekly error data. You will be part of a team that strives to develop innovative solutions to improve and grow HelloFresh’s delivery network.

HelloFresh offers a competitive salary range for this position, with the Texas pay range being $57,700—$64,900 USD and the Newark, NJ pay range being $66,300—$74,600 USD.
